Ooops, my bad ... I did mean to say " ... dairy and eggs ..." . I thought I did. I even looked at it a few times, but only "saw" what I thought was there.
Anyway, thanks for all the great tips. I have heard about the soy controversy a lot, so I will try to minimize the soy intake and focus on the other protein sources.
I also forgot to mention that I only eat organic, EVERYTHING I eat is organic (unless I go out, of course). SO that should minimize the toxins load.
Thanks again, the points brought up here were helpful and I will approach my diet a little different due to it.
