Hi! Thanks for clarifying. Sorry about the little "discussion" earlier...
Anyway, yes I did read what you wrote, and even if I read it again, it still puzzles me that you chose to write it in such a way.
"... I am a lacto, ovo (dairy and cheese) vegetarian."
Why didn't you say: "I am a lacto (dairy and cheese), ovo vegetarian"
or "I am a lacto (dairy), ovo (egg) vegetarian"
or "I am a lacto, ovo (dairy and eggs) vegetarian."
That way you would be translating each of the words, or mentioning dairy and cheese immediately in association with the lacto. But oh well that's a small detail.
Actually your plan doesn't sound too bad, avoiding potatoes and carrots, supplementing with barley juice and spirulina, not bad! It would probably work. Especially if you pump up the exercise a bit. Maybe if you take cayenne pepper and other carmenic spices with the dairy it will help with the mucous. Although the hormones in the dairy want to make people bigger.
I still don't know about the soy, though... even if you're just doing it for a short time, you don't want to ruin your health for life!
If you haven't already, why don't you read this article:
http://www.mercola.com/1997/archive/soybean_concerns.htm
and here:
http://www.thedoctorwithin.com/index_fr.html?content=articles/index.html
the article called "The Magic Bean? Soy-tainly not!"
Especially if it causes you thyroid/hormone problems, it won't be easy to correct that once you go off of it. I was looking for the article I read, couldn't find it, that soy can inhibit weight loss. Anyway, up to you.
The nuts, the eggs, the essential oils, the green veggies, right on! Go for it! Let us know what happens.
