Re: Well hydrated, one BM/day, herbs included not much happening.
Hi deep6,
Assuming, I hope, that you were asking me how long it took before I passed plaque and about my diet. I changed my diet completely about 6 or 7 weeks before I started using the b&p shakes. I also followed an enema protocol for 5 weeks before starting on the shakes. So things were moving well and I had eliminated some
parasites and things that looked like jelly beans with the enemas. I knew that I must have plaque in there, so I started with the shakes with the intention to get it all out.
I found that a change in diet is the single most profound change that I have made and has had the best effect on my health.
My diet consists of lots of fresh (homemade) vegetable and fruit juices, lots of raw salads with olive oil and sesame oil, rice, dal and vegetables lightly cooked without water. My diet is an Ayurvedic diet particular to my constitution. Occasionally, I eat A LITTLE chocolate, but this is the only cheat I crave actually! Followed afterwards with apple/celery juice.
So after about 7 weeks of cleansing with diet and enema, I started very slowly with the b&p shakes. First week one shake a day, 2nd week 2 shakes a day. After 2 weeks I started noticing the plaque. It's now been about 6 weeks on the shakes, and plaque is still coming out. My sense is that I'm taking it slowly and learning patience, but have had great rewards nonetheless. My
Acne (severe) is COMPLETELY GONE (!!!), my skin glows. I even got 'cat-called' in the street the other day. Believe me, this hasn't happened in ages!
Hope this helps.
Take care,
janaki
