If you are only having one BM per day then you are constipated. Especially if you are cleansing. Your body should be expelling toxins and eliminating efficiently, which on one bowel movement per day you are not. I'd drop the P&Bs and take the herbs on their own for a few weeks. Also look at your diet. What is in the veggie pasta, sushi and mushroom burger. Your diet should be mostly alkaline forming, non-mucus forming and as much raw as possible.
