Well hydrated, one BM/day, herbs included not much happening.
I am well hydrated and to improve bowel movements have reduced the
Bentonite to just once per day rather than two which had been constipating me. I am also taking a herbal mix with each shake containing flax seed, borage seed, guar gum, probiotics, marshmallow root, slipery elm bark and triphala.
I still get pressure pain in my lower right side but should note that I no longer have stomach acid problems,
Body Odor or unpleasant bowel movements.
I have one large morning BM per day which is an improvement over my previous 2-3 day cycle. I don't think I could have 2-3 per day unless I ate more. My diet consists of fruit or vegi juice for breakfast, vegetarian sushi or salad for lunch and a vegi pasta, corn, soup, rice & vegi dish or mushroom burger for dinner.
The one rope I passed a week ago was probably mucoid plaque. It was 4
inches long, dark, thin and wouldn't pull apart easily.
I am getting tired of the B&P shakes and am starting to doubt if another month would produce any more mucoid plaque. There is no way that I would continue on B&P's for a 3 month plan.
