Re: Well hydrated, one BM/day, herbs included not much happening.

Here's my 2 cents worth....

I've been taking the B&P shakes for what feels like
forever (probably about 5 or 6 weeks). I'm having one
and often 2 bowel movements a day. And I'm passing
tonnes of plaque (taking just 2 shakes a day). I'd like
to go off the shakes but the plaque just keeps coming and
coming!

My own feeling is that when you dislodge a chunk of
plaque from taking the shakes, it sits there until some
new feces comes along to push it through. These bowel
movements are a little more difficult to pass because
they're "top heavy" so to speak, with the plaque at
the top. Occasionally I have a day where perhaps by
noon I haven't had my morning BM. Here's where an enema
comes in handy. I don't see myself as actually being
constipated, just that the plaque can often be more
difficult to pass (particularly if it's a large chunk).

My suggestion would be to incorporate enemas into the
mix to get things moving well. Don't give up on the shakes
just yet.

I agree that a BM 20 minutes after a meal and one BM per
meal is the way it should be. But we are not normally
eliminating rubber truck tires too! After the truck tires
are all out (and if my diet and hydration are good) I
suspect constipation won't be a problem.

Keep on truckin!!
