That was defitely very rude of that person to say and not having gone through it should have not assumed that you didn't.

I have a friend who had similer experiances as you, only her brother and cousins were also victims. It's something that hurts deeper then anyone else could imagine. I have never had to deal with such pain and it is hard to understand, but maybe understanding isn't the key? Maybe excepting and just plain being an unconditional friend is what makes a difference. I just know my friend has been learning how to be happy and live, just like a girl should be able too, without any worries! She is 19 now, and her brother is 20, they are some of my very best friends and I wouldn't trade them for anything!
Girl! God has a purpose for you. He planned you and everything about you before he even created the earth!
