In addition, if you can please move out of your parents' home if you are still there. Or if you are still in high school, move out as soon after graduation as you can. One way to get rid of the immediate problem is to stop depending on your parents for resources such as money and housing. It will be hard, but many people have been successful at supporting themselves at that age. In fact, I moved out at 17 (for other reasons than abuse - I was a lucky one). I worked a lot and paid my way through school. By leaving, you disconnect yourself a bit and start to create your own life, you become independent and pick and choose what goes on in your home. Be careful about relationships too my dear :) The healing won't come overnight, but things will get even better. This obstacle is one that has helped form your identity, obviously you are a strong being to have gone through all of that. There is nothing that you can't overcome in the future.
