No discomfort or cramps. I did take the homeopathic Mag Phos 1M, which is a specific for abdominal cramps, before starting.

P.S. No, wasn't wiped out. Felt fine! I can't remember, maybe I was a little sleepy. But if you read the diary, you'll see I didn't get much sleep the night before due to a few things. Tweet
