Hey All,

I am a 47 year old white male, I am divorced. My occupation is a Release Analist/Technical Support for a big software company here in Wichita, KS. I freelance as a Network Consultant and graphic designer. So you see even though I work a lot of hours, I had very little physical activity!

I was over 300# and deathly ill when I did my first cleanse last year. By Summer I was down to 230# and feeling great. I was working out and/or walking everyday and dancing 4-5 times a week (West Coast Swing and Country 2 and Triple Step). As a result of the cleanse my skin cleared up and looks wonderful, my allergies which had only started after I put on the weight went away and I had quit caffeine, alcohol, junk food all together.

Things got real hectic about October and I got back into bad habits. Constantly eating junk food - and good food - over indulging in alcohol, etc. The holiday's were very depressing for me so it even got worse.

Well I put back on at least 30# and am not able to wear all the new clothes I bought after lost all the weight last year. (That made me depressed too!) My health is still good but I can see the warning signs up ahead.

So... now that things have slowed down for me and I am sick and tired of the way I look now I decided to do the cleanse again in earnest.

It changed my life literally and I am hoping for the same results again.

Its funny, in my cube I have a printout of what day I am on and everybody wants to know what it means. Wehave some people here that are doing the Adkins thing and tell me about how unhealthy and unsafe wht I am doing is - yet I am losing the weight and my general health and appearance is much better than theirs!

I guess the proof is in the pudding...
