I like the way you describe the subject of thoughts.
I could ask more questions (about how to train the mind) but it probably wouldn't serve much purpose other than to satisfy my mind. To add more to my 'to-do' list which is already full. It's one of those things that I have to come to on my own - to start maneuvering this path.
In retrospect, it is at times effortless to be in a state of awareness with no emotional attachment and it's just a matter of living that way more and more. Peeling back those layers of fear and inhibition, like you say.
On the other hand, I respect our experiences and I trust the place that any one of us is at. What I mean is, the opportunities for awareness and transformation present themselves perfectly.
