Well - the dreams that I have had that are as you are describing were usually accompanied by fearful feelings as though I was beginning to leave my body (precursor to an OBE)...so I think what you are experiencing is a little different.

It does sound like you are entering another frequency, though! And it sounds quite pleasant....again, I've had lucid dreams where I wake up, look around and proceed to wander around my apartment in search of interesting things to do (I usually end up jumping up and touching my head to the high ceilings - or putting my hands through solid objects!) - but you get the picture. These are different than the OBE's...these are totally lucid, like you say, where you direct your actions and you know you are in another world, 'dreaming', not in this one.

I think that Anthony might have some insight into your experience as it sounds like a state he's been in before...
