It's funny you say that. The gastro doctor wondered if it was a pill that wasn't digesting all the way. You think It would actually expand to be that big? Remember after I smashed it, it felt like a greasy substance? The doctor also said it was too big to be an egg from a parasite, but doctors have been wrong before.
