Currently using Dr. Natura's Colon Cleanse (day 10), yesterday I expelled the same looking 'thing'. After (2) days of Googling everything pertinent so glad I saw this blog. I was almost afraid to go to this bathroom again this morning after yesterday's surprize. I didn't read all (48) entries but saw that two of you identified with this photo and so glad the consensus seems to be some type of gel capsule. I do take fish oil gel capsules which do look very similar, anyone else that has experienced this take that as well or other gel capsules. Having nightmares about the whole thing - please someone else, ease my troubled mind.
