Obviously, you did not understand my post the way it was meant to be understood.
I was stressing how quick many Americans have forgotten what Canadians have done for them in the past but are now being ridiculed because we aren't part of the coalition.
Whether or not what is happening in Iraq is right or wrong was not my issue - everyone has his/her own opinion. But, once again, I was trying to point out that Americans should not forget the things we've done in the past to help and should not be treating us rotten because we aren't part of the coalition.
I read an article about one Canadian being refused gas in North Carolina, and snowbirds being ostrasized in Florida for flying their Canadian flag which they've always done in the past - that's ludicrous for people to stoop so low to be treating Canadians like that.
I do agree with you that this situation is setting the stage for WWIII, and it isn't going to be a pretty picture.
