Saddam is a murderous tyrant. OK. So what? Half of the 3rd world countries are run by murderous tyrants ...and the US supports or installed most of those. This current US policy IS NOT altruistic. They could give a squirt about how many people Saddam kills, or for his WMD. They want his land and domination over the oil wealth.

This is a war to occupy Iraq as a staging ground to control the whole Middle East and the world's oil supply for the next 100 years. The French know that, as do the Germans, AND the Russians, AND yes, even the Chinese.

These people are not stupid. 

Also, with this rash and moronic invasion of Iraq, Bush has succeeded in galvanizing the Arab world as never before and is about to involve us all in a 'world encompassing' holy war. It's going to be nasty. And most brain dead Americans are caught in nationalistic fervor and war hysteria -- living in 'fear' and 'dread' of some nameless faceless TERROR (which has been morphed into one 'ultimate evildoer' Saddam Hussein by the war criminals in Washington) -- so they wave their little flags, and mouth their 'I love America platitudes', and blithely believe whatever crap the government controlled media shovels at them, even if it leads them down the road to another world war.

Duh!!!

As a Canadian, you should be proud of your dopey Prime Minister. He did something right for a change.

BTW, screw the Americans with a bad attitude. I am one American that doesn't think like the brainwashed herd here in the US (and there are a lot more like me) Who knows, maybe one day the enough of the sheeple here will wake up and put an end to this insanity...
