You maintain that people flush biliary sludge out - with no evidence for that assertion. You seem to be under the misapprehension that the Lancet article should cover that - why I don't know. Perhaps you could explain? The Lancet article is what it claims to be - an analysis of what is claimed to be gallstones. That is a good piece of research - it shows that without doubt that what this lady claimed were Gallstones were not, and it showed the green blobs were the product of the digestion of olive oil and lemon juice. The logical conclusions from that you choose to deny.
