I believe you are totally taking theses verses out of context. You should read and try to understand what was going at the time Paul said this to the women in that church, and why he said it. He didn't mean for a women to not preach.
Also, If you re-read the whole chapter and still do not understand and are truly seeking the truth, ask a pastor. GOD is using women in ministry like never before.. A great example is Joyce Myers.
