Unfortunately, I must agree...it is really sad though that mature Christians that have been warming pews for 10, 20 and 30+ years are so stagnant! What is wrong with this picture? And why does this happen?

Is it from common complacency?

Or the spiritual leaders a.k.a shepeards not leading and teaching the flock?

Probably a mixture of both.
