Re: Clear this up for me..
many would disagree with me when i say that the hell people experience when separated from god will not be forever. it will be for a time of times, which has an end. god will never give up on us, even when he removes himself from our presence. christ died for all the world to be saved. that includes everyone, and god did not create anyone to be eternally lost from him. hell still won't be pleasant, so we should accept christ while in the flesh.
the corruptible (flesh) cannot enter the incorruptible (paradise), so of course we must first be changed (resurrected) into incorruptible. before that happens, we have the opportunity to grow in our spirit by gaining discipline over the law of the flesh, which is contrary to the law of the spirit of god. if you understand the theory of reincarnation, this is as close in reality as you can get. the point of reincarnation is to improve or grow in enlightenment throughout the consecutive lives. as a christian, we have just one life to abide by god's word and spirit in order to be transformed to a closer image of the god that created us. his word is settled in heaven, and we must begin to settle it into our mind. our flesh refuses to listen, but thankfully god's spirit is a power that is above all powers.
