Calling Promise Keepers a movement of the devil feeds the enemies of Christ. Thousands upon thousands of men dedicating their lives to God through Jesus Christ is hardly an event the devil would have set up. And the thousands upon thousands of men who accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts for the first time were deceived? I will save my judgement for the kind of food I am going to eat tonight and forget about judging people. I can tell you their were no ferocious wolves at any Promise Keeper's events or meetings I attended. There was a lot of praising God and confessions of sins. A lot of crying and joyful praise. There was more than enough love to fill up a stadium to the brim. If some of the leadership were not perfect and they are not, then perhaps God will judge them? I would never raise a preacher's name as a reason to go to a PK event but rather Jesus was the name I heard coming from the lips of thousands of men... If I lift up any name other than Jesus Christ then judge me harshly but when the roar of million men singing praises to God and Jesus rang into the sky, you can be assured there was not a demon around for miles... If I wasn't there, I might have looked at it different but I was and so Jesus. Where two or more are gathered....
