I am not an expert by any means but it seems that taking a pinch of Epsom Salts with everything that you eat during the day and a tablespoon of lime water allows you to break up your mineral intake into smaller quantities throughout the day and gives you more flexibility to take those minerals in combination with things that would react with them like lemon or ACV and cause a release of energy that you body can use.
As opposed to taking all of your extra calcium or magnesium in the form of a pill once or twice a day.
