It is hard for me to make any kind of comment without being lambasted or accused of some heinous crime against yet another faceless entity. But, I shall say this:

I have studied Dr. John R. Christopher, and he too expressed concerns about excessive and unbalanced calcium intake. If my memory serves me well, Dr. Christopher composed at least two formulas which balanced herbs high in calcium with herbs abundant in phosphorus, magnesium and silica at least. I do not wish to offend moreless, or anyone else for that matter, but I shall always consider Dr. Christopher's opinions and findings before the views of people posting on message boards. It is incredibly easy for one to state seemingly unorthodox views and garner a fanatical following. This, however, does not make one right. Suppose for a moment that one is misinformed or has misunderstood even the smallest detail...where then does this leave his followers? It is a frightening thought.

However, we are all learning at our own pace and following our own path based upon our own belief systems. It is my belief that Epsom Salts can be safely labelled as poisonous, and ingesting small quantities throughout the day is nothing short of madness; but, others do not feel the same, and this is perfectly acceptable and I feel no need to explain to them how fundamentally wrong they are.
