Re: Too much Calcium???????

Hi remi.

I do not know where you have come up with some of your ideas, but it must have been like most other people who have been Miss-lead!

Calcium of it's self may produce an Alkaline pH!

Now where the problem may be when using high amounts of milk, is in that the milk is "HIGH" in Protein and this means that there is High amounts of Nitrogen and if the Nitrogen is not of the proper Isotope, then the body may become "VERY" Acidic!

And this may be the problem most of the time, "NOT" too much Calcium!

Some of the reason for the Magnesium to calcium ratios as being important, is that the magnesium helps regulate the amount of Nitrogen (which is Protein), thus if the body is short of magnesium, then the body generally has a problem with TOO much Nitrogen!

Too much Nitrogen is generally the "MOST" problem which the body has, because of not enough Minerals in Complexed Carbohydrates to go along with the Protein!

Smile Tis your choice.
