Re: Reversed results
Did you take the first am saliva? Did you work up a good amount of saliva and then swallow after swishing it around your mouth to get rid of accumulated debris or acid forming plaque that would give an acid reading. Had you recently brushed your teeth? Did you rinse thoroughly?
An acid reading in the saliva indicates too much calcium in the saliva, which also causes tooth decay. Maybe try taking a mag supplement to see of that corrects it or eat lots of leafy greens , or try drinking one of the powdered green grass mixtures. Either way , getting some magnesium will undoubtedly help.
In this country we get far too much calcium and no where near enough magneisum and this causes an imbalance in the body. I do not know what your diet is like, but if you consume dairy at all or take too much calcium that could be your problem.
Calcium to magnesium ratio was once thought to be best at 2:1, now most believe 1:1 is better.
