Grog, you really are getting raked over the coals on this Meth issue. I know what you are saying, I agree it has its place for many morphine/heroin addicts.

Its not highly profitable. The authorities don't like it much. I think thats where the strange stats and our unfavorable reactions to it are coming from.

What about that Ipacec,[sp?] or something like that, a hallucinogenic drug for stopping opiates? As a natural plant, it cannot be patented and therefore won't be prescribed/approved by modern medicine.

I remember Hunter S. Thompson , the 'gonzo' writer of the '60s, had used it at some point. Stunning!
