Yes, ironic indeed! Good for you for seeing the bright side of things. I've heard others say that an outbreak signals something else going on w/them physically or emotionally too. I guess, in this regard, it's a good thing, probably about the ONLY good thing, but good still...I guess. lol
You're absolutely right about the stress and pms. That explains a lot. I'm also forgetting that whether it's eustress (good stress) or distress (bad stress), my body decipher's it all as stress, period. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Although I've done it all for the better, I've changed a lot about my diet and exercise habits over the last several months and this probably helped trigger it. Even the foods I eat have gone through a major overhaul. I can see where all of this has most likely contributed. Now I'll have to figure out how to keep my health routine/changes, while controlling the outbreaks.
I have an appointment with the Dr. later this month (the first in many years) that was scheduled before I thought the frequency was an issue, so I will definitely address this during my visit.
