Re: After 20 years, outbreaks are becoming more frequent. Why?

20 years ago information wasn't readily available like it is now. And, frankly, only getting a minor case every once in a while didn't prompt me to look beyond the surface of info that's come available since then. All this to say that I'm just now learning that there is such a thing as herpes triggers, so I don't yet know what mine are. I've been taking the herbs for a year and a half though and only experiencing more frequent outbreaks for the last 6 months. I take so many herbs that it may take some time to isolate each one and find out if one of them is actually a trigger, but whatever it takes, I'm determined to get rid of this thing once and for all. I'm getting married soon and, though my husband to be is very understanding about these things, I just don't want to be bothered anymore...especially now that it's getting worse! Seems like it's coming more frequently and 2 of the 3 I've recently had have even been more painful (I rarely felt pain before).
