Re: After 20 years, outbreaks are becoming more frequent. Why?

I just re-read your message and realized that you mentioned exercise too. I thought about that earlier and wondered if that may be a trigger. I started a new exercise regimen in September, the month of the first breakout (cycling, weightlifting, yoga and pilates). Relaxed on it the second month (October) and didn't have an outbreak. Tried picking it up again the next month (November) and had one...relaxed again in December and didn't have one and just started back again last week and am in the midst of another outbreak. As you can see, this may very well be a clue. ;)

Right now I'm only doing yoga and pilates though with a little weightlifting when I feel the urge, think that's too much?

I've also been doing a little research and am finding that nuts are a trigger food for some. I sometimes eat a lot of them for protein and I had about 3 or 4 PB & J sandwiches just before this recent outbreak. Hmmmm, this is very interesting stuff! Soooo glad I found this site!!!
