hi violetgrace what you're doing sounds pretty nice and you should try and keep going at it if that's what's giving you good results. me? i wish i could spank my brain and make it obey my umm....other brain!! its just hard for me. if i eat i think i get fat. even if its an apple. i should just STOP EATING ALL TOGETHER. because that's what worked for me. and yes i do tend to carry a bit of fat in my thighs and butt (i think 90% of women are like this)and i never thought you could get the ugly fat off except for doing surgery. but you know what? i just went into the not eating phase and working-your-butt-off in the gym phase and the fat melted away. i was so skinny that i went from size 7-8 to 0-2 in just 2 months. now i've been SOOOOOO stressed that i've just lost it. i know atkins and other diets might work but i'm not willing to wait and see. i need to go back to what worked for me. so fasting is my main goal. for 45-50 days then i would just eat fluids and fruits then raw then eventually regular food but not pig-style, mosquito style!!! but we can post your results everyday. how's that? and remember exercise too along with your diet. do cardio and intense work outs. IT WILL MELT THE FAT AWAY. if you do it regularly like 6 hours per week, in 2 3 weeks you won't believe your eyes!
