i have read the book and have a medical backround and basically its just not eating processed stuff. you eat meats and veggies.
avoiding processed breads,flour,sugar.
whats wrong with that?
everyone always harps on why its "bad" yet they never offer up details on why.
which leads me to believe that they never read the book and are only repeating information from other sources without really knowing what they are talking about.
offer up some reasons on why its bad so i can dispell the myths.
