My extended family owned dairy farms well into my teens on which I spent summers. We drank raw milk right out of the cow (still warm) every day for breakfast.
I still occasionally eat 4- 6 oz of organic grass fed beef about once or twice a week. Down from twice the amounts of conventional beef once or twice a day.
I eat some dairy most every day; primarily raw milk cheeses and organic kefir. Unfortunately I have not found raw milk kefir but late last week found raw milk at a co-op from a local dairy.
I have had a small glass of the raw milk every day for the last four days and the difference is incredible. No mucous no phlegm, easier to get to sleep and sleep through the night, and I seem to have much more energy.
