From what I hear, it's absolutely normal to have mood swings and stuff when you get of Sugar and all that crap, but it will go away. Wow, you've done a great job, a whole month! Every day I tell myself Tomorrow I'm not eating sugar, chocolate, dairy, but I can't! Already today I had a big yogurt with granola, and then felt sick to my stomach because I failed, again! But when I read comments like yours, it gets me and other people motivated! Because even though it's hard and you're struggling, you are still doing it, walking the right path. And thanks to you, other people have strength to do it, too. For example, it might be harder for me to give up everything in one month, like you did, but I'm still making progress. I don't eat meat anymore, only fish, rarely. And cut down on chocolate sugnificuntly. And doing Dr. Natura cleanse. And soon I will be here complaning of my mood swings and Depression because I'm only eating vegetables now :)
