Re: How my hell health affects my mental health. Very obsessive..
Kevin, this is crystal again, I know how bad this is, I was there when my friend would go through the same stuff, I'm certainly no expert on this at all, I wish I
had an answer for you .. I know it's impossible to FORCE your mind to think of other
thoughts because this feeling inside you is very strong, and to be honest here, I don't blame you for thinking there is something wrong in your stomach, I'd probably
be thinking the same thing if I were you. But, let me ask you, is this type of scenario something that happens to you on a regular basis? What I mean is, do you
frequently have these "episodes" where you think something is SERIOUSLY wrong with you? (due to certain symptoms)..or is this new? I think what people tend to think, and I remember this with my friend, is that, you are imagining all this due to your fears,..now,sometimes that is true, BUT sometimes it ISN'T! Can you tell when it's your fear, and when there IS something wrong? I can remember when my girlfriend would honestly believe there was something wrong, because she'd have all the symptoms for whatever she thought it was...she'd run to her dr. and find out it was
"nothing", so, I'm just wondering here if that could be it too. I'm in no way
saying you're imagining this! Whatever it is, I will keep you in my prayers Kevin!
