you really need to quiet your mind kevin. have you ever tried meditation? i think it would do you A LOT of good. meditation is simply the act of sitting and quieting the mind so that the inner light can shine thru from inside and heal you. i believe you would get great benefits from practicing meditation each and every day. you can start by doing it for literally 30 seconds, i am not kidding, then slowly sitting for longer and longer. try it, you may be surprised.
