Thanks for this, Sediction. I do take Selenium. About twice the daily dose or so right now. I'll try looking for the other types you mentioned.

I did some longer replies to mikeh and #35463 up there and right now i'm wayyy too tired to properly reply to this - but i really really appreciate what you wrote for me.
