I do ingest at least some sea vegetables, in the form of Dr. Schulze 's super food, but as of yet have not eaten them whole. I grew wheatgrass once, and attempted to juice half the tray which ended in disaster (even though I followed the instructions to the very letter). Rather oddly, a piece of one of my teeth broke off when chewing wheatgrass, so I have been a little reluctant to do so again!
Oh, and I have not eaten Himalayan Salt since I read many negatives amongst the positives. I have never felt comfortable eating salt (especially from a teaspoon!), so maybe this has proven detrimental...?
