After much consideration and analysis of my physical and mental state I have decided that I must break from my all-fruit diet. I have noticed minor disturbances in my well-being, occurring in the form of deteriorating teeth and surges of hyperactive and almost uncontrollable energy (not the positive kind). Thus, I have two main questions to ask of those with oh so much more experience than I:
- Must I juice as many mineral-rich vegetables as I can afford, at random, or are there definite combinations which work wonders?
- I am worried about the possibility of ingesting parasites. Is there a known, natural method of washing vegetables that ensures all evils are made to perish?
I apologize for asking questions that may have already been answered a thousand times, and thank you all in advance for your generosity.
