If I were you I would add some green leafy vegetables (for minerals) and some fat like avacados and some hemp seeds, etc. Fruitariansim is somewhat flawed *these days* because our soil (especially farmed fruit) is depelete in minerals and superior health comes form mineralization. Non-organic is akin to wax fruit for nutrition. Also, consider hybridization for more sugary fruit with the addition of less minerals and you have imbalance. 100 years ago this pure diet was possible. Thanks to greed, control and globalism we have and still are, changing things. It is still possible in pristine places like untouched rainforests, etc but I think people still utilized some "green".
With the addition of gmo pollution, we may be creating a nightmare as far as food is concerned.
Did you eat lots of dehydrated fruits or just regular whole fruit? Many who rely on lots of dehydrated have the tooth issue. For now I would begin oil pulling. This will help and also get going with green smoothies for mineralization. Use some natural fats but keep them in moderation. You may want to ease into the 80/10/10 and see how that fits ya.
If you can get some spirulina and fresh algae such as E3live that will perk you up too.
Living food is the ultimate...now just fine tune it for YOU.
Just keep meals simple and whole. The raw foodies tend to get way carried away and way off balance with meals theat atttempt to replicate heavy cooked meals (not wise or heatly and really speak to continued unaddressed addictions).
If you want to fast track mineralization, juice lots of kale and collards, dandelions and other wild edibles and utilize sea veggies etc. If you could grow your own wheatgrass using oceangrown minerals in the soil (grow outdoors for maximum sun exposure and no mold issues). Also a decent alkalinizing mineral drink I use is...
one lemon
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of raw unsulphered molasses
pinch of norwegian kelp
pinch of himalayan salt (pink)
pinch of cayenne pepper if you tolerate
optional additions...
angstrom calcium and angstrom magnesium (wateroz)
Also do oil pulling with either sunflower seed oil or sesame seed oil. Do this forst thing everyday before eating. Brusg teeth afterwards and rinse. Bruth teeth after everymeel for a while (especially fruits).
