For months now I have been eating nothing but whole fruits, nuts and seeds; mostly oranges, pineapple and dates (no dried fruits). And for six weeks or more I have been drinking a very similar "alkalising" drink to the one you described, with worsening of tooth condition.
I shall certainly follow your advice concerning the greens, and hope that after further flushes and a diet high in minerals, that I will begin to see some improvement. I am limited to very specific and bland vegetables however, due to local stores, and so kale and collards are not a possibility at this time. I have a fridge full of celery, romaine lettuce, cabbage, carrots and garlic, so perhaps foods such as these will be sufficient...
