Re: calling fsnaturelady!

I am no authority.

The onions would be chasing away the parasites, methinks! The oils in onions and garlic are very potent so they would probably kill off some problems. He suggested eating the raw, unheated honey with meat because that helps with the digestion. Remember, he also feels that the parasites, etc., are drawn to the body to do the cleanup work. So clean body, no problem.

There are several opinions on the parasites -- Hulda Clark says that they are more prevalent in our bodies now because of the quantity of chemicals that we now ingest and that the casings of the eggs are dissolved and the babies have a nice place to live. Others say that parasites should be cleansed on a regular basis, while still others say that if you kill them and do not have proper movement of waste from the body, then they are still there, giving fodder for other bugs. AV seems to think that the body will take care of itself, provided that it is being well maintained with clean, raw food and juices.

Uncooked meat, period.

I read a diary by a fellow who was doing this -- but only hit and miss -- he was eating the meat raw and then in a restaurant, he had to take a steak that was seared and he commented that it ruined the meat. By searing, the enzymes are gone on the outside and I would daresay that the temperature has risen over 112 well into the meat, killing those enzymes also. Once the fats are cooked, they do damage to the body.

AV eats OLD meat at particular times, but you will see that in his books!! But, the most important thing would be to consume the healthiest meat -- antiobiotic-free, hormone-free and pasture-fed. The pasture-fed animals are the least stressed because they are allowed to graze and relax out in the pasture, rather than be penned up in a feedlot which probably has considerable manure, etc., in it, with the food being just grains, whereas grasses are their natural food. So, they would be under much more stress in the crowded feedlot and would be given Antibiotics and hormones to encourage faster and more growth. If you cannot get the above good meat, then buy your meat at a good-quality store or butcher shop and be careful with it.

I hope that you get those books soon -- you will really enjoy them.

Kindest thoughts.
