Re: calling all meat eaters!

how do i know if i lack certain enzymes?
i am VERY interested in the primal diet.
i absolutly LOVE rare/raw meat.but i would no longer be able to
buy it organic, i was spending $100 on the best organic oregon
meats a week!
if i do go back to eating meat ,unfortunantly it'll be no doubt
Cosco meats.i know Costco may be questionable to some people,
but theres no other place you can get a 4 30oz. ribeyes for $30!!

what i really loved about that type of diet is that i would be able to
fast for like 16 hours and then feast on meat!!
and that meat would fill me up forever!
i had strength and energy for days...
