where is Whole Foods?
is that like an organic place? i ate organic for a majority or the time
while eating the rare/raw meat, but i switched about 8 months ago ( before i quit)
steaming-thats sounds like it'll steam the taste right out the meat,
personaly i'd rather sear the meat or grill it lightly over high heat for a
few minutes.
I've had buffalo also and it's awesome!
i prefer steaks though.
how exactly do you prepare your meats?
and what pre-cautions do you take in order to stay parasite free?
i actually miss eating red meat and if there was a safe way i could
eat it raw/rare i might reconsider it...
