Good source of zinc and magnesium too! My mood lifts as soon as I eat them. Originally I took masses of RAW green organic pumpkin seeds as part of an anti- parasite program. Hard to prove how effective it was against parasites but it could have reduced numbers. Eventually I got fed up with the taste of eating them raw.
BUT.. if you toast them in a pan with a little olive oil and Sea Salt they are DELICIOUS. I eat a handful every day tossed in a salad. I am able to tolerate them too (unlike with a lot of nuts).
