I'd agree with Zapp that Mg is very important, but you know that after all the research you've done. He has a point, though, that the FORM of Mg you're taking might not be helping you much. Mg and Ca combo tablets are probably the hardest to assimilate.
B complex is also important for exhausted adrenals which can be the source of negativity, including crying.
If I were crying all the time, I would definitely look into taking a liquid form of Mg by itself, and take a liquid form of Ca by itself at a different time.
