Take it easy. Allow yourself to feel week an bad. Treat yourself good. Do things you like. Sleep a lot / enough (go to bed earlier). Treat yourself good with good food.
And cut down on the antifungals or skip them a few days. It does not only make you feel better, in my experience when I started again after a few days I even felt better. Because the body has to fight a lot to get rid of the candida, so energy levels get very low. You should try to build them back up to have more energy to fight the candida.
