Many candida folks become gluten sensitive. I never had any problems consuming wheat or other grains before I became ill. Now I am allergic to them. They cause my intestines to burn and my candida symptoms get worse. I have read that this gluten intolerance is a common occurance with candida folks. If it were as simple an answer as just eliminating gluten, we would all surely be well by now. I've been avoiding gluten for three years now, and am nowhere near well. Stanna :-)
