I dont think eating fruit or not eating fruit is going to change anything. Unless you are allergic or sensitive to one of the fruits you've been eating I doubt you will notice a change by not eating the fruit. Thats my opinion.
If fruit truelly contributes to candida then why am I feeling much better eating tons of fruit then I felt not eating any fruit?
If I am feeding the candida by doing this (which I do believe is possible) then it just proves to me that candida was NOT the cause of my vast symptoms because I have none of them now.
