Thank you soo much for your good advice. I am considering trying a reduction of anti-fungals for a while. I have been using 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract and 4 caprylic acid capsules a day.
I have seen bananas listed as one of the most glycemic fruits, while apples and especially blueberries are low on the list. But I will experiment to see what works.

P.S., my doctor recommended switching my probiotic to morning and anti-fungals to night. I had them the other way around. Maybe the timing switch is suspicious, but who knows.
