Welcome to the board, although I'm sorry you're here because that means you are fighting the same battle that we all are. You will learn from reading here that candida is a VERY individualistic disease, it affects each person differently. The same goes for treatment, what works for one won't work at all for another.

Do you know what caused your overgrowth? A lot of people on this forum are here because of Antibiotics but for me personally, I think mine was from untreated hormonal imbalances which I am just now thankfully got a doctor to listen to me and start trying to rebalance me. I'm also about to tackle the mercury issue to eliminate it as a caustic factor.

Through trial and error you will find what does and what does not work for you personally. I'm 20 months into the battle, not well, but soooo much better, I was bedridden with it a year ago. Good luck with your battle and once again, welcome!
